Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. There are no penalties for plan changes, and you'll always have access to your current plan features through your paid period.
What happens if I need to pause my subscription?
You can pause your subscription for up to 6 months per year for circumstances like extended travel or major life changes. Contact us at least 7 days before your billing date to arrange a pause. Service resumes automatically unless you request otherwise.
Are there any setup fees or long-term contracts?
No setup fees, no long-term contracts. You pay month-to-month and can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you receive full value from your paid month.
